If I could give 0 stars I would. Brian asked for 75% upfront as he said he was short on funds. My client paid him 100% as he wanted to support his business. Brian fell thru their ceiling and only partially repaired the damage. His electrical work was not up to code (according to an inspector and electrician). He solicited business in their neighborhood and said he was recommended by my clients and completed other jobs while my clients waited. Clients asked for money back or the jobs to be completed, none of which he did. We have signed invoices, bills, etc. He has since left the state and is posting videos of his faulty work on his B&F Facebook page. He has blocked my requests to take the videos down and is ghosting everyone involved.
