General pest control on a monthly or quarterly basis, or as a one-time service; (quarterly service includes a three-months' warranty and monthly and one-time services carry a 30-day warranty;) inspections for real estate closings for wood-destroying insects; rodent exclusions;termite treatments(carrying a one-year warrantywhere treated, with the option ro renew on a yearly basis;) tree trimming and removal.

Over a two week period, they caught about 5 roof rats. They were hard to schedule initially and get clarity on the days they will be coming. But, after that, they did the job well, kept good communication and Mr Odom and KC are professional. They know what they are doing.

They came up with a better way to keep more of the scorpions out of the home. We have been using them for thirteen years. We have never had a problem. They come back right away to spray again if we see anything in between services.

Experience was very good as usual.  We have been using them since 2004.  We have only had to call them back out a couple of times when we had an ant infestation.  They took care of it both times at no charge.  In 2008 we had roof rats and they came in and safely exterminated the issue.

We have been using them from the last 10 years. We have recommended them to our family members and friends in the past because they do a good job. They are very good at calling us and reminding us when it is time for our next treatment. They are very friendly and professional. They are very flexible in scheduling appointments around our schedule. They show up on time which is really important because they will be going through our house. They are as helpful as they can be even if we have any kind of a special problem.
