I am extremely happy with the work Weaver performed. They went the extra distance that other contractors would not have. They were very easy to work with and were very professional. I could not be happier. I will be calling and hiring Weaver's in the future for other projects.

They came the same day they were called to repair my aerobic septic system. They recommended a company to pump my TANK so that they could determine the problem. Although I spoke to the company owner on the phone, his daughter was the person here to do the work. I had the TANK pumped the same day and when she came back (apparently at a second charge of $85) I was told that there were actually 3 tanks and that I needed to have the other 2 pumped as well. I did that the next day and she returned (apparently at a thrid charge of $85) to replace the pump, which she said was the problem. She came to the door and asked my 17 year old son to come outside to help her connect something that she could not reach down inside the tank!! Very unprofessional! I was told that the price of the new pump would be $280 installed (parts and labor). That afternoon I was told that the pump was installed and my bill was $600 in addition to the $340 I had already spend to have the tanks pumped.??? When I asked for an explaination of the charges she was very short. She then came to my house and into my kitchen with her dad and her huband to deliver the bill and get a check. Again, very unprofessional. The next day I realized that $940 later, my system was still not working. They were contacted and when they came to check the system I was told that in addition to the pump there was some electrical work that needed to be replaced that would cost about $450.00. Not about to pay these people another dime, I contacted someone that was recommended by a local builder. This guy told me that the pump was not the problem and probably never was. He got my system working again for the cost of a house call! I asked for the old pump to be returned to me and was told that it could not be located and had been "scrapped".

The plumber has been very loyal and he has made many trips out to my house. I have been very comfortable with him and he has been very good. I felt like he keeps the price down. He came out and fixed my septic system. He first tried to see if he could just clean the tank and the pipe started collapsing. So, as a result of that he told me that he couldn't repair it without any major work on it. He also told me that it wouldn't be good to just patch the existing system. So, he recommended me to use the 1500 gallon tank and have 4 sprayers that spray the water. He did a very good job. There is an alarm on it and the alarm went off. I called him and he came right out to check it. He found the problem and fixed it as well. I have a contract with him and I pay him once a year. He comes out every month to inspect the system and makes sure that it's working. He also fixed another tank for me. I highly recommend him to others. He is not a people person, but he is not grouchy too. He is very efficient and brings his crew along with him to get the work done. I would definitely use his services in the future too.
