When repairing the water damage, Phoebe had to scrape the wall, skim coat it, paint it, paint the wood moulding, and scrape off the old caulk on top and bottom of the moulding before replacing it. She then moved to the living room and entry to repaint the walls a darker color and repaint the wood moulding white, top, bottom and chair rail. She completed all the work in a week. I can't say enough about the quality of her work. Very clean lines. No drips or runs. Smooth finish. Phoebe is a little high in price but she is definitely the 'go to' painter, interior and exterior, in my book.
