McAnally Painting Contractor

Shaun arrived at my home on the day he promised and he arrived on time.  The job took 5 days to complete with Shaun working no less than 8 hours per day.  He was courteous, quite (no muisc or talk radio playing), clean and trustworthy.  I had no concerns leaving him in my home while I was at work all day.  My only negative of Shaun's work is that I expected  the crown molding to be painted all over.  He did not paint the bottom of the moulding that curves under.  He painted only the face of it.  I later called him to inquire why it was not painted from top to bottom.  His explaned that crown moulding is often painted on the face only due to waviness of walls and looking straight, etc.  I had no idea the entire moulding is usually not painted therefore I was unaware I needed to instruct him to paint mine differently.  I will do a better job of instructing next time.
