What a wonderful selling experience.  I can't say enough about Brenda and all her staff in selling our family's lake house. She is a true expert on lake properties and knows how to market for all to see.  If you need a professional to buy or sell a Texas lake property, you need to call Brenda -- highly recommended.

GREAT!  We would reccomend Brenda Stahelin and her company to anyone, in fact we already have!  And if for some reason we need to ever look for property in East Texas we will call Brenda first, whether we are the buyer or seller or both. 
Even though she represented the seller, she treated us as good as gold.  When our mortgage broker flaked out, she lined up a new loan officer for us - and this one was as amazing as Brenda (look for my other reviews) and it turned out better in the end - a better loan, better interest rate, better all around terms, and nicer loan officer  ;>
Brenda handled some communication with the sellers, the neighbors, with the surveyors, the title company and anything else that we needed.  We had found in other East Texas real estate transactions that the realtors once they got the sale didn't really attend to details - the sellers/buyers had to do it all... not so with brenda!  She was hands on and full of communication the entire time.  there was even a situation were I was tired and busy with work and just didn't have the patience to handle a conversation professionally, and so I called Brenda and she willingly handled it all for me and took it off my hands.
If you are looking for a go getter in east texas, call Brenda and her team at Homes & Properties in Jacksonville Texas.  Even if you are looking/selling a bit away from Jacksonville - I would call her first as they handle the entire countryside around here and would move heaven and earth to make things happen for you.
Its so nice to find hardworking and eager help, and to find people that can make a difficult transaction as easy as pie.
