This company only sells over the web. The product are large glass jars with spigots for serving any kind of drinks. We ordered a 204oz jar and a 408oz jar for use at a large brunch that I was hosting. The company is in Irving which is just up the road from Fort Worth. The web site said the item would ship in 1-2 business days. I ordered them on Wednesday for a Sunday brunch that I was having one and a half weeks later. As the date of the brunch got closer and I still had not received the jars, I attempted to contact the company. By phone the message said, please contact us by e-mail as we can not guarantee that anyone will receive this message. I e-mailed the company three times. I never!!!!! received an e-mail back and the product arrived on the Wednesday after the brunch. That was a full two weeks to deliver. Also, the initial order gave a fed-ex tracking number, which when I looked it up always said they had no record of the package.

ALMOST ALL ORDERS TAKE 1 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE TRANSACTION, PLUS TRANSIT TIME TO THE DELIVERY LOCATION. THIS INFORMATION IS CLEARLY LISTED ON OUR WEB SITE. IF THE CLIENT NEEDED THE ITEM FASTER, THEY SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ACCORDINGLY. WE DO OFFER OVERNIGHT AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS. CLIENT ORDERED 8/13 SUNDAY AND WAS DELIVERED ON 8/22, WHICH IS NOT UNREASONABLE. THIS INDIVIDUAL SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO POST THIS COMMENT BECAUSE IT IS UNFAIR TO CRITICIZE A COMPANY THAT DELIVERS ITS GOODS WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS TIME. WE ARE TRULY SORRY THAT THEY ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE TRANSACTION. BUT I AM NOT SURE THAT 7 BUSINESS DAYS IS UNREASONABLE. E-MAIL FROM CLIENT BELOW IS THE RESULT OF YOUR FEEDBACK FORM. IT WAS SUBMITTED BY ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 18, 2006 AT 12:21:14 MESSAGE: THIS IS MY SECOND E-MAIL TO YOU RE ORDER #3274. PRODUCT WAS ORDERED ON THE 13TH, FED EX HAS NO RECORD OF IT BEING SHIPPED. I NEED IT FOR AN EVENT ON THE 20TH!!!!!! I COULD HAVE DRIVEN TO IRVING FASTER!!! PLEASE RESPOND!!!"
