This company only sells over the web. The product are large glass jars with spigots for serving any kind of drinks. We ordered a 204oz jar and a 408oz jar for use at a large brunch that I was hosting. The company is in Irving which is just up the road from Fort Worth. The web site said the item would ship in 1-2 business days. I ordered them on Wednesday for a Sunday brunch that I was having one and a half weeks later. As the date of the brunch got closer and I still had not received the jars, I attempted to contact the company. By phone the message said, please contact us by e-mail as we can not guarantee that anyone will receive this message. I e-mailed the company three times. I never!!!!! received an e-mail back and the product arrived on the Wednesday after the brunch. That was a full two weeks to deliver. Also, the initial order gave a fed-ex tracking number, which when I looked it up always said they had no record of the package.
Description of Work: This company only sells via the web. See overall experience for details. The summary is the product did not arrive in a timely manner. Also, no one from the company would contact me after I sent three e-mails. In the last e-mail I wrote how disappointed in their company I was, and that I planned to write a negative review for Angie's List. The product is great. The company Web Infusions is not!!
