Check the channels you want and make sure they have it in the bundle.

It is pretty average, there is nothing special. We have a home phone but we don't answer it. It was just cheaper. We got rid of it and then the triple play was cheap so that was why we got it. Their responsiveness is pretty good.

They do a good job. We had a problem with the Internet and two days later a gentlemen came and checked it out.  He showed us what we had to change and he did a good job. We had cable until 6 years ago. I told my wife when a competitor comes along we are changing because I don't like the way cable operates. We are very satisfied that we did this in fact the cable guy comes by about every 3 to 4 months asking if we want to comeback.

The service is great and I have never had a problem. They are very good even on prices when compared to others. The cell phone bill is about $140 and the internet with home phone is about $55.

Most of our family members also use Verizon so being in touch with them through calls makes it cheaper. I rarely experience loose calls and dropped calls with Verizon. My experience with them has been very good.

I have unlimited calling, unlimited text and 2 gigabyte of data. I don't really lose calls. I'm happy with their services. They are good when you go to their stores.

It's good but they're getting expensive. I get good coverage where I'm at.

Provide cable. Had to ask my retired dad to sit around and wait for the install. Wish the channels were ala carte. We have a bunch we never use.

The internet service was good but in the past we had slow downs. Our phone service has been satisfactory. The service is fine and reliable. I'm happy with the service that they're providing me.

Verizon provided one on one service, the salesman took us from the beginning to the end, and he explained everything.

We lose phone calls on one phone but I have a little different phone. My thing's okay. With the other phone, it has problems within the house. I really don't like the price on my landline. I would consider using Verizon in the future.

The internet service is pretty good in the house. We don't usually have any problems with it. I'm not really happy with their voice mail for my home phone so I just use an external recorder instead. Their television service is good, I'm happy with it. They do fix things when they need to be fixed, so their service is good.

Their service seems to be working. My wife deals with those stuff and I just watch TV.

We had no problem with the internet. But for the TV there were three problems. First the guy went to a wrong house, second they never showed up and on the third the directions coming from the office screwed out. If you deal with them you need to nail him down. Make sure to make a follow up call and give instructions clearly because they have too many people to deal with.

I communicate with them online. The quality of their service and their pricing are good. They are professional.
