My cell phone is with Verizon so I did not get it in a bundle. I could not get the phone in with the bundle. I have an IPhone and I went in to get it serviced. We went with them and periodically we would get a special rate.

The cost of service continues to increase and now they are wanting more money to send out equipment that works. We have to use a remote from our living area in the Master bedroom.
When our contract is up, we'll look for other service options that are less costly or provide a better level of service.

Our experience with Verizon last month is that our internet was not working. I had problems with the internet but they resolved it. They were very professional. They were pretty fair considering the price.

I use them because they are one of the three providers that are out here. I can't stand them because a couple of months I had a problem and they still haven't resolved it. I would not recommend them and I would advise people not to use them. They have just one problem after another and most of the services that I am paying for do not work on my TV. The quality is poor and the wait time to get in touch with them is very bad. I wouldn't want to continue using them in the future and if something better comes along, I will switch.

After their service picks up, it beeps twice to let me know that I have a call. I have never had a message mess up or any problems. I have used them for about 10 years.

We have internet service, landline service and voice mail with Verizon. I spent about $200 a month with them. Their prices are competitive. I am very satisfied with them.

They are very good. I haven't had to call them up and complain about anything. I frequently had a problem with the phone line on a couple of different things. I call them up, and they run a test. They have very good diagnostic equipment and one time they said the problem was at the house. They asked me if I could reset the line in the box outside the house. I said, "No." I didn't know how to do it, so they told me what to do. They walked me through on my cellphone and stayed on the phone with me while I went out and did everything. That took care of the problem.

ADDED VOICEMAIL TO OUR STANDARD PHONE PACKAGE. RELIABLE SERVICE THAT WORKS GREAT. CALLS GO TO VOICEMAIL AUTOMATICALLY IF WE ARE ON THE PHONE.

SPOKE WITH A REPRESENTATIVE ON THE PHONE. THEY SPENT AT LEAST THIRTY MINUTES WITH ME ON THE PHONE GOING OVER WHAT I WOULD NEED. THEY SENT ME A SELF INSTALL KIT. THE SELF INSTALL KIT WAS THE EASIEST I HAVE EVER SEEN OR USED. IT DETAILED EVERY STEP AND INCLUDED DIAGRAMS AND PICTURES OF EACH PIECE OF HARDWARE. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY RELIABLE AND TROUBLE FREE. THE PHONE SUPPORT AND SALES PERSONS WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. MOST OF THE TIME YOU CAN NOT CHOOSE WHO YOUR DSL PROVIDER IS, BUT GIVEN THE CHOICE I WOULD SELECT VERIZON OVER THE OTHER TWO MAJOR PROVIDERS I HAVE USED IN THE PAST.
