Verizon Fios Irving

Verizon provides a good product but are constantly offering new customers much better deals than what we have under contract. Since the company is selling off this business I think they are squeezing the blood out of the turnip at this point

generally, the install techs are pretty good. they try to be prompt - or keep you informed of status. Biggest downfall with VZ is trying to get things scheduled - or get any issue resolved via phone. they seem to have tons of separate systems that are not in sync, or even connected. Spend lots of time on hold or getting calls dropped while waiting or being transferred to another department for help.
