A TWG rep called me after I had done a computer search to get more information about finding home owners insurance. He told me that he could help give me the most accurate quotes without every agent contacting me; and it would be easier to shop around. He made a note to call me back and called later at my convenience. He then went over everything that we would need, as we are having a house built. My rep, Brian, then have me all the prices of the top companies. He went over what everything meant as well. He emailed me a copy of the policy I was interested in so I could look at it closer. We talked the next day and he helped to get me signed up for the policy that worked best. He even emailed our builder to get our loan number and to finalize all the details. He copied me on all of his emails as well. Brian was very honest and upfront about everything. He was very punctual and professional with all of his communications, via phone and email. He was very helpful with giving me all the information that I needed! He also said that he would be able to help us with our auto insurance as well. I would definitely recommend TWG to help you if you are looking for insurance. They can help you find the best information without you having to call several different places.
