"We enjoyed working for the members. Our pricing was the same as quoted over the phone and in person. We gave the member our itemized quotes for tile & grout cleaning, grout sealing, carpet cleaning, and carpet protection giving him multiple options to select and he chose them all with no sales pressure. Originally, our appointment was to give him a free estimate to think over for a future appointment but after providing him the quote, he asked us to stay and begin work immediately. We discounted this size of a job compared to other companies pricing for the same work as we do for all Angie's List customers. He seemed to be pleased with our work before submitting payment and prior to us leaving."

"We appreciate this member's honest comments regarding our performance, and we were happy to have the opportunity to work for her. The carpet and tile were both cleaned with our deep steam cleaning processes. Both floors were mainly in need of a good maintenance cleaning because the grout and carpet were in very good condition before we started. We didn't rush the job, the house was empty, preswept and vacuumed, and 2 - 2.5 hours is average time to complete this type of job with a highly experienced 2 man crew, plus the advantage of excellent professional equipment to utilize. In our professional opinion, we thoroughly cleaned the tile and grout before sealing it. There was 1 major deep set spot on light colored carpet that could not be removed 100%. It was created by water overflowing from a potted plant over time and it not only stained the carpet, but the carpet backing and padding underneath, which creates "wicking" when steam cleaned bringing the stain back to the surface. We immediately tried again to remove it the following day at no charge per the customers request. The customer watched as we attempted to remove it and we were explaining our process as well as the cause of the deep stain and how a repair would be required. Although the carpet appearance did not change much because of the excellent condition of the carpet, we removed a lot of deep set soil throughout. Again, we sincerely appreciate Alicia's ratings and commentary and would love an opportunity to clean for her again!"
