The day after the installation, my hot water heater went out, and I was concerned that maybe something had happened during the furnace install that affected it. It turned out just to be the hot water heater's age, but Triple A quickly returned my calls on a Saturday and even offered to come back out to check on my system to ensure everything was working properly (and I don't live close). Great customer service!
Very satisfied and I will use Triple A again.
