Trapper Tom is excellent! So far he has captured and removed 2 skunks that were living under our shed. He has another trap set in case there are any more. Very reasonable prices. We will definitely use him again whenever needed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely 5 star service. I heard a noise of something moving I my attic and it was large. I found Trapper Tom on yelp and immediately called. He showed up on time and before ringing the doorbell, he had already found the point of entry into the attic. He then walked the property identifying other areas that mice may gain entry into the house and have pointers on how to mitigate. He then started tracking the animal and identified it as a possible raccoon. 2 traps were set and the next day a raccoon was caught. Awesome job Trapper Tom.

We had a family of squirrels living in our roof and Tom did a great job of getting them out one by one until they were gone.  He came out "same day" when it was cold, so the squirrels wouldn't die in the traps.  He released them all over 30 miles away and then patched the roof.  I couldn't imagine a better trapper than Tom.

I called late in the evening and he picked up immediately. I emailed him a scan of my house plat showing the locations of the digging I saw. The very next day he set the catch 'em alive traps. Both traps caught armadillos (several days apart). Both times, Trapper Tom came immediately to get the animal when I called. He even gave my advice to keep the armadillo cool until he arrived. I think being available to come pick up the animal is a very important factor and Trapper Tom gets high marks. He clearly loved animals and liked talking about them. He also filled in the animal's burrows with the loose dirt afterwards. I highly recommend.
I did not get competing quotes so I don't know if the price was good. Therefore I did not rate price.

he brought out 4 bait boxes to trap the rats in my house and one was an enclosed box for mice in my garage. The problems I had with him was he never diclaimed that my animals could get sencondary poisoning from the rat poisoning. My friends cat ended up with the secondary poisoning as well. He never told me what I did have that was pestering but told me what I didn't have. He charged 65.00 for each rat that was caught but he was still the cheapest around. He told me that rats are smart and they can get used to the smell of the poison so he came out and changed the flavors for no charge to me. I ended up picking up all the poisons becuae i was worried about my animals eating it and getting sick so I went online and got a home made recipe for rat poisoning and decided to just use that. I just thought that I would have something bigger living in my house with the construction going on around where I live. I would use him again in the future if I had any problems with anything bigger though. He was very nice and very punctual as well as did a good job.

He was nice enough to come out on Memorial day for no extra charge. He is very down to earth and knowledgable about many things. All these years, I have asked people about some droppings on my water heater and noone could tell me anything except that it looked like mice but I've never caught a mouse. It turned out to be lizzard droppings.
He set up traps for the squirrels. He said squirrels are territorial so most likely we would catch the same ones coming in my house. He usually came out about twice a day because either one would be caught or the trap would malfunction or close because it got set off by a squirrel being in the other trap.
we caught 4 squirrels and the noise in my attic stopped so he put a one way trap on it so in case anymore were in, they could get out but not back in. The purpose of not putting a 1 way trap in the begining is because they might want to chew their way back in if their friends were still in.
He takes the squirrels to his yard and releases them.
He left me the one way trap and said he would come get it later. I am waiting on a repair man to come fix the pipe and vent and board up the hold. The repair man was supposed to come this weekend but had an emergency so it might be awhile longer but Trapper Tom said no hurry.
I will definitely use him again but hopefully won't have to. I may call him in the future for mice control if needed. It's also conforting to know wthat if you see a sick animal or dead animal such as a possum or something, he will come trap it for a reasonable fee and take handle it as humanely as possible as we can't always count on the city to come get wild animals.

I called Trapper Tom because a bird had made it's way through an uncovered dryer vent. I was hoping I could find a provider that was open on a Sunday and he was. Within about an hour of my call, he was at my home. He was able to remove the bird without harming it, sealed the dryer vent opening and walked the perimeter of the house to show me where there were gaps in the roof that could allow birds in. He was very professional, courteous and efficient.

Last year utilized Trapper Tom for a family of raccoons that had taken up residence in our attic. He was professional, thorough and very reasonable. Did not give up, until raccoons could be relocated. Now utilizing Tom to insure against any future issues from last year. Highly recommend him.

Initially he could not find a critter or where it was getting in. The noise was in the morning and again in later afternoon. A few days later the place where a squirrel was coming in and out was found in a very inconspicuous place which was extremely hard to locate but he persisted and found it. The next day the squirrel was caught in the trap set near the spot. The squirrel was pregnant so I was extremely lucky that it was caught before giving birth. I called and he came to pick up the squirrel. . He left the traps a few more days to be sure nothing else was coming in. He then picked up the traps and fixed the place so nothing else could come in. I would call him again.

Noticed a noise while working in the yard one Sat morning - when I turned around a large possumn was working it's way through my flower bed. I contacted Trapper Tom immediately and within 2 hours the possumn had been captured (it was under my back porch) and was on it's way to a safer location. When I noticed that I had rat droppings I called him back out (few weeks later) so he set up traps - they seem to be working!

Trapper Tom promptly responded to our request. He inspected the house and the critter droppings and quickly identified the issue. He set up a couple of traps in our yard and a possum was caught within a week. When we saw that the critter was captured, we called Tom and he should up very soon afterward and took away our little and quot;neighborand quot;. Tom then reset the trap and we monitored it for a couple more weeks. It became apparent that the possum was our only neighbor and Tom took the traps away.
Tom came by once a week to check the traps, and like another experience another reviewer here, Tom was great enough to let my kids check out an armadillo in his truck that he had trapped at another site.
Tom is extremely friendly and seems like a great guy. It is apparent that he likes animals.
Highly recommend his services, if you want prompt friendly service.
We will use him again if we need him again.

We had a Racoon problem in the Garage. I contacted Trapper Tom and he came out within the hour. He set a couple of Traps outside as we could not find the Racoons in the Garage any longer. The next morning we saw evidence that Racoons were still in garage. I contacted Trapper Tom and he again came out immediately. He found the Racoon and removed it from the Garage. Tom was very curtious and respectful and we will definately use him again for any unwanted critters. The cost was very reasonable and there were not any hidden fees. He was very true to his word.
