When a large portion of our live oak fell in the middle of the night during a terrible windstorm, Erica and her husband came the very next morning. Their thoughtful, professional approach set them apart from other companies that were quick to suggest a full removal for more money—they actually believed the tree could be saved. Best tree service we have had. Torres worked with us in rescheduling around the many storms. They did great work and cleanup (including chipper/shredder). Complete job on one large and two small trees took less than 2 hours. Torres constantly communicated with us, and checked to see if we approved of steps being done.
