+ 0 moreI met with Carlos to get an estimate. He was professional and gave me a reasonable quite to replace my fence, but when it came time to sign the contract he was absent. He did send me a contract via email and the last time I talked to him he assured me that he will check on the materials. This was back in September. Ever since then, he has not respond to my email, calls or text messages.
Description of Work: No services were performed. I called Carlos out to give me an estimate on replacing my fence.
