He did a great job. He came when he said he would. They had the best price of the quotes I received. He seemed to like his work and it was a good experience. I would use them again for this type of work.

I live in a really old house and this dry heat has made different things stick.  My front door is sometimes a little temperamental but lately it has really been horrible.  In trying to get it to shut all the way, the son of one my neighbors accidentally broke a pane of glass in this really old door.  He felt terrible but I was actually surprised that I hadn't broken it before.  I called Brian first thing the next morning and didn't expect him to be able to fix it that day because of it being the Friday of a holiday weekend.  He scheduled time to be there that afternoon - he was a little late but at least he called and left a message that he was going to be.  This is the third time that I've used Brian.  He is always prompt, and very quick.  And he always cleans up everything immaculately.  What I really love about him besides the GREAT price and service is that this is a local, family-owned business that has been in North Oak Cliff since 1940 - in the exact same location.  

I called Brian and he made an appointment to come out and repair it within hours of my call. He called before he arrived - and right on schedule. He is prompt, courteous and got right to work. I would trust him to do any kind of repairs. I enjoy being able to support local businesses and Brian is exceptional - he reminds me of the kind of repair people that my parents used ages and ages ago - local, friendly, honest, professional - a good neighbor.

I accidentally broke a window pane and needed it repaired right away as it opens directly on to the front porch. I called Brian; he understood my safety concerns and rearranged his schedule to fix it the same day. He called me right back after I paged him and walked me through my options. He installed a new pane right away, was incredibly professional and cleaned up all of the broken glass. Glass service isn't something I need often but I wouldn't hesitate to call Brian again or recommend him to anyone - he was wonderful.

The estimate provided was several hundred dollars less then some others quoted. The man came out and looked at our project, told me the quote and then ordered the glass and came out and installed it the NEXT day. He was pleasant and charged exactly what he had quoted. Plus he did a very nice job.
