Reev was such a great realtor to work with. I cannot stress enough how dedicated he was to us and our house hunting. We were on a pretty tight schedule, but yet we didn't want to settle on a house just because we needed something quickly. At our first meeting, Reev talked with us about the market, found out what exactly we were looking for in a house, and immediately started looking. He was very patient with all of our questions, was extremely prompt about returning calls and emails, and worked with us to find the perfect new home. The home we eventually purchased wasn't even on the market, but because he was so diligent, we were able to see the house before it was officially listed. His knowledge of Irving and of the housing market, his dedication to his clients, the professional services that he provided to us make me recommend Reev and his team without hesitation. We ran into some crazy situations because the real estate agent representing the buyers was astonishingly incompetent. Reev didn't put up with the unprofessional behavior on the other side and really went to bat for us over and over. He took time to reassure us when we were nervous. I am so impressed with his character as he could have exploited some of the gaps left by the other agent but instead, in kindness, even advocated for the buyers so they didn't get taken advantage of.

Reev was great. I chose Reev because of his quick responses to my inquiries on putting my condo on the market. I live in Pittsburgh and needed to sell a condo that I owned in Dallas. Reev handled it all for me. He worked with my property manager to coordinate showings with my tenant. The condo sold quickly and I was able to close the day after my tenant moved out so I had no vacancy time. I appreciated his no-nonsense, get it done attitude. I would hire him again.

Reev did a great job for me.  My house sold in 1 day for asking price.  He was always reachable when I had questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process.  I highly recommend him.  Very smart guy.

Reev put a lot of time and effort into showing us around and guiding us through the home-buying process. He is very knowledgeable about the area, neighborhoods, potential repair costs, etc., and I don't know how we could have gotten by without all his expert advice. Through him we were able to find a home that suited our needs well at a very reasonable price. At one point I had just one disagreement with him about how we were handling the contract negotiations, and when I voiced it to him, he was able to respond promptly and professionally. He cares a lot about leaving his clients satisfied and is an extremely competent agent. We're glad we went with him, and we hope to use him again should we ever need to sell this house.

Reev served as my real estate sales agent after I had moved out of state, including several visits to my home to handle on-site repairs as needed. Reev was always immediately responsive to every call, email and/or text when I attempted to reach him - no matter the time of day or night - and was always communicative and helpful throughout the experience. He explained things thoroughly, as I was a first-time seller. He also made the experience very easy from afar with usage of digital e-documents, and he directly oversaw every facet of the sale -- from staging the home pre-sale to final communications upon the sale and finance arrangements.

Reev was exceptionally professional and thorough from the very first meeting. He came to the house and walked through it, and was able to pick out items that would need to be repaired or addressed before it went on the market. Just as importantly, however, he also was able to accurately advise me on what I did NOT need to spend money on. That advice saved me somewhere between $1500 and $3000 off the top. 
Since I was building a new home, it was important that I be able to sell the property fairly quickly so that I would not need to carry two mortgages. 
Reev was extremely accurate in gauging the proper price point. In spite of the wide variety of homes and prices in the area, he was able to find the appropriate comps to use. We set the price at an "above average" amount per square foot, based on his information.
He put together an excellent listing (text and photos) that accurately reflected the strengths of the property.
We put the house on the market late on a Sunday afternoon. By Monday afternoon I already had a contract on the property! 
I have to say that Reev is one of the best negotiators I have ever been around. He helped me navigate the whole process and did not let me give more than I needed to give. Again, his efforts probably saved yet another $500 to $1500. 
Reev was extremely accessible throughout the whole process - even when negotiations were at their peak... on the Saturday before Easter! He provided good guidance throughout the process, which eliminated much of my anxiety. 
In summary, Reev is an excellent agent who I consider to be highly ethical and professional. If you are selling a house in the Irving area, you could not pick a better agent.

Our experience with Mr. Rohter in the past was that everything went very smoothly, because he listened to exactly what we wanted and needed and did not try to push us into a bigger house, etc.  When we found a house we wanted, which happened quickly because he was actually listening to us, he arranged the contract, etc, exactly according to our requirements and did not try to push extras or wierd negotiations, which some realtors do.  More recently, having his own company, we called him to view a few houses, and he bent over backwards to get us into the houses asap.
