Rockin "G" Construction

This guy was not everything that I expected. He would want to come into my house at 7 PM and work after he has been working at another job all day.

Pat Gloria and his gang got started on a Monday an were supposed to be finished in 4 days. After day 4 the job was 95% complete. It told me that the crew would be back on Monday to finish up, but he needed the final payment. I trusted this crook so I paid him the balance. That was a mistake. He never came back. Would not return my calls.
This guy is a real crook. He insist on 60-70% payment up front, and never plans on finishing the job. When you meet him he seems like a real nice guy, someone you think you can trust................. DON'T DO IT. PAT GLORIA IS A REAL SNAKE!!!

After he literally tore down the cover, which was 300 sq ft, he hauled it off and then he tore the existing material off from underneath my roof to prepare building a frame for the gabled roof.  When he did that, we had our first ice storm.  I had to call him and asked him to cover it because all the ice was going into my attic.  He put plastic up, but it didn't stop anything it got full of water when it rained.  the frame was poorly constructed.  he said it was treated wood, it wasn't.  The posts weren't put up correct and this was told to me by another contractor.  To repair the damage will be an additional $8,000.  There is roof damage and eve damage.  Its been left like that.  The warning is, when someone comes to your house and requests money to get the job started, you give a portion of it.  This man took the money, requested more when he put the frame up, and then left with no work.  He took 300 sq ft of aluminium and sold it when it was supposed to stay here.

tub and shower took forever to complete, we were unable to use our master bedroom and bath for nearly a month
contractor kept asking for more money in advance, always had a excuse for not showing up when he promised he would be there
gave him way too much cash up front and one day he never came back to complete the paint job or wood work.  Grouting on steps doesn't match and is shoddy - sloppy with concrete spilled everywhere.
so basically i'm out of approx. $1000 cash and
contractor won't return calls or text messages!
Extremely disappointing because we had used him before and he did did a good job, although slow to complete work.
Do not use this outfit - very unprofessional
