Mr. Roberts was prompt and courteous from the beginning of our outdoor project. He arrived early to the initial consult, that set the tone for the duration. My husband sketched out what his needs and wish list for the outdoor space would be, Mr. Roberts asked direct and specific questions about desired materials, use and feel we were hoping to see in our completed space. Early in the project, we had to leave out of town. Right after the concrete had been poured for the kitchen. I did not realize concrete must cure slowly to prevent cracking, as the weekend was especially hot, Mr. Roberts came out to our home several times over the course of the weekend to spray the new pour down and prevent from too quick a cure. The entire pour is still crack free 3 years later. The add on completed in April 2010 matches perfectly with previous work. Part of the April project included planting an 18' Live Oak tree, through this awful hot summer of 2011 that Live Oak faired better than the older trees on the property. Mr. Roberts knows his stuff, and more importantly cares to get it right. We love our outdoor kitchen and entertaining space, our friends tell us they want our house for the outdoor kitchen.
