REASONABLE REMODELING

All went wel & speedy.

Mr. Cranford was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and cordial. He suggested that I could do the job myself. He said if I could not complete the job on my own he would be available to do the work. He was correct I was able to do the work on my own.I would recommend him and in the future would/will hire him to do home repair work.

He tore out some tile from bathrooms (not completed) and painted the interior of both units (not completed) and scraped some of the ceilings (to remove popcorn look). He came to my home demanding another $8,000. with no tickets, receipts, or paperwork of any kind. No flooring, tile, fixtures of any kind, or other supplies of any kind were at the job site. The only supplies purchased that were apparent were buckets of paint. He refused to do any more work unless he was given more money. It cost over $3,500. to redo the paint job and repair the damage to ceilings. He has refused for over one year to give a detailed accounting of his costs, will not return any of the money, refused a certified letter, and bought a new motorcycle within a month of his receiving the first check for $15,000.
