 + -1 moreAfter 2 weeks, I tried calling to confirm that I could come down, pay for and collect my equipment. He did not answer the phone and I left a message. He did not call me back. I tried calling him again multiple times over the course of the next 6 weeks and I left voicemail messages each time I called. I also sent a message through his contact form on his website. No return phone call or email was ever sent by the owner. It is my understanding that he is not always at his shop location so I need verification that he is on location before attempting to drive there because it takes nearly an hour for me to get there and I don't want to waste 2+ hours on the road if he is not going to be there.
Description of Work: I dropped off one Aesus Laptop and 2 desktop computers as part of my service order. The laptop was to be repaired and the files from the disk drives in the desktop computers were to be transferred to the laptop before disposing of the disks and desktop computers.
