RCK was amazing! Jose and his crew were on time, very careful with my items, efficient and quick, and communicative. I hired them twice because they were so great. They were available on short notice the second time thank goodness! I will definitely use them again for my next move!

Rck moving company arrived at 0810 on Wed morning of 10/23, they loaded my one-bedroom apartment into a truck and finished at 0900. I wrote my address down for the driver Jose on his paperwork and I asked him "Do you have my address in your GPS?". Jose said yes. We left my apartment at 0906 he went south on 75 and I went east o. 625. I arrived at my new house at 0945. Jose called me at 1000 and stayed his GPS sent him to Bruton Street in Pleasant Grove. Jose asked me to come to his location so he could follow me back to my house. I told him NO. I was on the phone giving Jose directions for 32 minutes. He was using his Waze app to navigate and I said you got it from here and I hung up. He arrived at my house at 1045 and completed it around 1132. Jose charged for e.5 hours of labor at $135 an hour plus 75 dollars in fuel. A total of $574. I am asking for $135/ back because Jose was an hour late getting to my house, no fault of mine.
