On July 24, 2017 we contacted assistant secretary Andrea Gould of R&R lawn service in Irving, TX to schedule hedge trimming service on two properties we own. She gave us the price of $79 for 1 hour or $40 for a half hour. No schedule time frame was given when we ASKED for the time they will show up to do the job. July 25, 2017 this R&R lawn service company sends a service guy out unscheduled to do the job and Andrea Gould called us saying he was now arriving at the house at 10:51 am. The R&R lawn service company DID NOT expect us to have house guest there who came out and watched the entire job and spoke with their service provider. The service provider completed the job and he himself TOOK PICTURES before 11:50 am shortly after we contacted Andrea Gould to let her know their guy was finished. We later received the bill for the over charging and over bill of time which Andrea Gould will NOT provide time stamp evidence showing the service was 55 minutes not 110 minutes as they claim. Unprofessional, deceitful, and unethical company we don't plan on using them again. We will be letting our friends know our truth as well. Thank you.
