+ -1 moreThey gave us a phone estimate and we scheduled the move. When they arrived the estimate went from $1100-1600. They said we could expect her things in 1-10 days. What they did not tell us was the 1-10 days was based from when she was available for them to come. It took 16 days from my daughters first date of availability to get her belongings. When we spoke to them they told us legally they had 30 days to deliver her things, another piece of information they told us after the fact. I felt they were dishonest in their approach and were not professional to work with. Also, the driver had a scary temper.
Description of Work: They moved my daughter who lived in a 1 bedroom apartment from San Antonio to Fort Collins.
