If you need pool work done, don't look any further than this company! They are AWESOME! I had a slow leak in my pool all summer that accelerated over the past month. I had to turn off the pool pump the Monday before Christmas because it was leaking so bad air started getting in the skimmers. I contacted PPP and the owner came by within a couple days to assess the problem and make suggestions for repairs. There was no "hard sell" and in the end I had them replaster the pool, replace the pool light, split the returns (skimmer vs bottom of pool) and move the pool pump to a cement slab because the previous owner of the house had it sitting in a mud pit! The guys showed up early, worked late, cleaned up after themselves and did a really nice job. I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a new pool installed or needs plastering/work on their old pool!

I hired Pacific Pool Plastering to remove grout from stone coping, reset loose stones, change tile, and re-plaster pool. He met his start and finish date agreed upon before the project began. Provided instruction on how to maintain pool after the job was complete. Overall we were very pleased with the project.

I hired Hugo to re-plaster my pool and fix a leak. We had a few issues after the job was completed, but Hugo promised me those issues would be fixed. His guys came back out and corrected all issues. Hugo offers excellent pricing and is a man of his word. R/ U.S. Marine Corps Veteran.

Hugo saved us thousands of $$$'s by helping us understand what repairs were needed on our pool and what upgrades/changes would give use the best ROI. Once we agreed on the work to be completed, Hugo's son and team showed up later that day to start draining and working on our pool. Everyone that came to our house to work over the next few days was extremely respectful and professional. Would call Hugo again for this type of repair in the professor.

After contacting many pool companies and hearing all these ridiculous sales pitches, I decided to go with Hugo and his company. The communication process was great, he came by with samples and answered my questions. He did not pressure me or try to up-sell me on different plaster. He was affordable among the rest and did a thorough job and added a few extra bells and whistles. I was expecting it to take 3-5 days and he had it done in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend this company to resurface/plaster your pool.

I selected Pacific Pool Plastering because Hugo's bid detailed the work to be done, the materials to be used and Pacific's warranty, and also because his bottom-line price was best of three bids. Work started on time and proceeded steadily. Hugo's crews knew their crafts, worked hard, kept noise and clutter under control, and did thorough cleanup at each step in the job. Hugo was always available either on-site or by promptly-replied-to text message. When I asked for a closer color match on the coping stone, it was no problem at all. Hugo and his crew located and obtained just what we wanted. They also took care that the renovations blended well into the pool's overall appearance while adding custom touches of detail. The work was completed on schedule and it looks beautiful. I have received several compliments on the stonework and tile already. I am very satisfied with Hugo and Pacific Pool Plastering's results, services and customer experience. They earned the Five Stars I'm rating them.

Hugo and all his crews were excellent. Our pool was 17 years old and had a crack that was loosing water. Pacific Pool Plastering repaired our pool, then replaced all the concrete areas. They also installed new coping, new tile and installed new plaster. The plaster was an up grade to what we originally had. Instead of the plain white we went with colored plaster with glass added into the mix. The pool looks very beautiful with all of the updates. Hugo explained every step of the process. The cost for this big project was very good for all the services we received. I would definitely recommend Hugo and Pacific Pool Plastering for any pool repairs or remodeling.
