+ -1 moreInspector was very thorough and immediately identified bug castings in most of our rooms as being from bed bugs. HOWEVER, we scheduled inspections with two other companies. The other two companies said that we had NO bed bugs. The castings were from carpet beetles and of no particular consequence. They added that bed bug castings and carpet beetle castings in no way resemble each other, which I verified on several websites. I do not know if the Orkin inspector was not familiar with beg bug or carpet beetle casings or if something else was going on. But the situation was unsettling.
