Description of Work: I have enjoyed Netflix for over five years. When they raised their rates, I just downgraded to streaming video only and am delighted. There Re plenty of movies on streaming and they are adding more regularly. I have never been disappointed and Netflix has always been above board and done what they promised and in expert fashion.

Description of Work: I was given a one year subscription to Netfix as a present. I filled in the code and information they needed but then they asked for my credit card. I called and asked why Because when the year was up and if I didn't tell them to cancel they would continue sending me the service but would bill my charge card. I reminded the person this is a gift, one year, then it's over. They should assume that if I want to continue I will let them know but they do not assume I want to continue and begin billing me, but no, they wanted my charge card number. So I told her to cancel the subscription, I refused the gift. Would my friend get her money back? No.

Description of Work: We've been a member of Netflix for years and years. We've had both their mail service, and their streaming service. Because of netflix we don't actuallly have cable, only an internet connection, and very occasionally broadcast TV. Their streaming selection is certainly sufficient to entertain our household from educational programming, Full Blown Motion Pictures, and older TV/Movies. WE used to have their 5 DVDs at a time membership, but with streaming, we just haven't needed it. We now pay a monthly fee of only $9.00/ month and it's completely worth it.
