The selection of movies isn't that great. I don't see the value of Netflix being worthy of their competitors.

Just over the last year or so, their selection has been left current when it used to be. The quality is pretty good.

I don't use it much, my daughter uses it more and my wife. I don't have time for it. Once in a while I'll watch a series. They should put more of the recent movies because they have more of the old stuff.

They could have more updated movies and independent movies.

It does not work well with us It is like pulling teeth. We have not been able to find what we are looking for. If we could find what we were looking for and view it the pricing would be ok. When we try to watch a movie I just switch over to another provider instead of trying to call them.

I pay $7.99 for streaming. They don't have as much collection as I would like.

We've had several issues with their technology. It's pretty good service, it's just we haven't gotten the technology straightened up.

I love Netflix, I can watch TV show reruns from recent shows like Vampire Diaries to oldies like Ally McBeal or Mash, Dick Vandyke, etc. they also have great Netflix created Series like the funny Orange is the New Black. I pay the higher rate so that I get access to newer movies which they send to me and I return after I watch them. For only $9 you can get TV shows and movies that were released like 4'years ago and older including old movies of John Wayne, Elizabeth Taylor and also foreign movies as well as Indie's. This service is the most affordable bang for your buck out there. Thumb your nose at the Cable and Dish companies by getting Netflix.

The pricing is excellent. They're prompt and reliable. You have the queue, where you can put all the movies you want to see. You put in a movie, three days later, you've got another movie. You can get it through streaming now. They have every movie I can consider wanting to watch. They even have movies no one's heard of but I love.

Tried to fully close my Netflix account during a free month. It couldn't be done. They were keeping my charge card info. I had to cancel the charge card.

I love it- I like nature documentaries and cartoons. They however got rid of one of my shows that I really liked- Yakari.

Compared to the prices of mid-range cable movie channels, the services provided by Hulu and Amazon -- I recommend Netflix as a good value with good service. Compared to Hulu, Netflix as few loading or buffering stalls. It doesn't have as many current television shows, but it also doesn't have ads during the streaming shows. I had a minor billing problem when I was billed twice under two different accounts -- a problem I created by registering under two different email addresses. I called in to solve the problem. There was no long hold or wait and the staff person fixed it in under 2 minutes on the first call, immediately issuing a credit for the double billing. Some of the new series are excellent, and not available elsewhere. Kevin Spacey is great in House of Cards, and you can't get it anywhere else. We joined Netflix to see Season 2, and stayed because we like the service. Especially for those folks "cutting the cord" Netflix can save you a bunch.

The streaming stops and starts. Audio stops and starts. I will go through all the steps. It will be loading and then I will get the message that it is not available at this time and I should try again later. When I do I get the same message. I can get kidsovies but not adult. This has been going on in my bedroom for over a month. I have been unable to get any satisfaction from Netflix.

signed up for netflix so I am getting my free month. We have had to restart the internet connection a couple of times but other than that it has worked fine.

It has a lot my favorite shows but not the newest ones But best I can find compared to other online site

Always grest service, notifies us when changes occur, keeps track of our preferences, keeps track of show we want to see in the future, has a great variety without commercials. Love the service!

For $9 per month, Netflix continues to provide a large range of viewing options with excellent viewing quality. We have had this service for about 2 years and find that over 90% of the time, we prefer the shows on netflix to what is available on our Cable channels. From old and new episodes of Dr. Who, Nature programs, Children shows, to some of their developed programs like "Orange is the New Black", solid entertainment is available when we want it.... and we don't have to wade through a plethora of advertisements to enjoy the show.

Sometimes, we have a difficult time connecting to the Netflix service, so we called the "800" number and the technician walked us through a fix. Sometimes, the tech will offer additional information addressing a similar concern so that if it should happen in the future, we'd already know how to remedy it!

we enjoy watching old and new programs and movies. we especially like the documentaries.

We have had Netflix for 5 years and have never had issues with its services. I highly recommend signing up for an account.

I just love this service. There are always new titles being added. I homeschool my first grader, and there are even educational videos available. Sometimes it gets a bit spotty on my Samsung BD player, but it works great on my iPad, iPod, iPhones, laptop, and Wii.

I generally hate calling into customer service places but I almost look forward to it with Netflix, I have had three issues in as many years to call about and they are always pleasant and hilarious to talk to. The last time I called the tech ended up on the line with me for 3-5 minutes after my issue was resolved just chatting about our love of X-men. Seriously. Grade A customer support.

They have priced themselves out of our house and we had been members for past 8 years.

We have 4 small kids and all four of them have their own tablets that they can watch Netflix on. As long as there is a Wi-Fi signal, they can watch tons of stuff - shows from PBS kids, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Disney. It's nice. When the kids are in bed, my wife and I love to watch older shows and catch up on some of the acclaimed TV series (Downton Abby, Vikings, Arrested Development). I will say that we just signed up with Amazon Prime, and while their content may not be as robust, I do like the feature of being able to download the shows for when we travel (no Wi-Fi).
