Description of Work: I had to call Netflix twice because my dvd player would not connect to Netflix. They walked me through how to correct the problem both times and even sent me an email with the directions on how to correct it should I have to problem again. They have always been polite, friendly and very helpful. The dvd's always arrive when they say and I have never had a problem getting the dvd's that are listed on their site. Great service and great product.
