Mostys Weekend Plumbing

Monty's went out on a Saturday after I called them. The repair was at one of our rental homes. They found the problem, fixed the problem and then BILLED me. I did not have to do anything but make the initial phone call! Monty's did the rest. And did it very well. We use all sorts of repairmen, but I am most pleased with Mostys. Overall, our experience has been very good. He is a nice, honest, and down to earth person. During my first encounter a couple of years ago, he gave us free advice over the phone since he said he would not feel right to come out and charge us for something simple. I appreciated his candidness and honesty. We actually did need to have him come out to fix some leaky faucets and shower and tub fixtures. Our bathroom fixtures are old and I could not find any parts for them. He actually had spare parts for some and made some make-shift modifications. Two years later, the fixtures remain leak free! My second encounter was regarding a rocking toilet. I was unaware of the possible problems a rocking toilet could cause until we saw water leaking from our ceiling below where the toilet was. He came out and fixed the toilet for me. During the process, he actually taught me the steps of how to take the toilet apart and put it together again and how to bolt it to the ground properly. My wife and I actually fixed another rocking toilet yesterday at a relative's house by ourselves. I like his willingness to teach, and I think he might have been a school teacher before. The only drawback is that it may take him up to a day or two to return calls, but he is worth the wait. Overall I give him an A and would highly recommend him to other people. In fact I have, they liked his services and now they are recommending him to others as well.
