Great! He actually had the part in stock. I paid for him to do the work in my home. The $95 service call was deducted from the cost of the work. He said that sometime the part that went out can blow out the power supply. If that was the case, it wouldn't be worth the cost of repair and I would only owe the service call. Thankfully, that wasn't the case! I will definitely use Mitchell TV in the future.

They arrived as promised and showed me the problem. I had a leak inside one of the cooling tubes and the leak dripped onto the main board. The repair would be more than buying a new set. They offered me several options and I decided to purchase a new TV from them and they took the old TV away, which was very large. Before we purchased the TV, we checked the local stores, the internet, and even discount department stores, and the price was competitive. They installed the new TV, explained how it worked, showed me how to set up the remote, etc. I was very impressed with their willingness to answer all my questions and concerns until I was comfortable with my decision. Very professional and I would use them again!

They were very polite and informative. Their upfront fee is very competitive. They were very courteous and had the television fixed faster than I thought they would.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE CREW. MY LOCATION IS IN A MARGINAL RECEPTION AREA AND THEY INSURED I HAD THE BEST RECEPTION POSSIBLE. IT TOOK A COUPLE HOURS LONGER THAN EXPECTED, BUT THEY STAYED WITH IT UNTIL IT WAS DONE RIGHT.
