 + -1 moreKelly was great to work with. She kept me up to date on changes to the market, and patiently walked me through the details of the mortgage and the closing process. (The cost above reflects the original closing costs.) When rates were erratic, and I thought they had dropped enough to refinance, she told me it wouldn't be worth it and recommended I wait. I did, and it saved me a lot of money. She was also very patient working around my erratic schedule. The only reason I didn't refinance with her was that the company holding my mortgage now cut a lot of the financing charges. But I would definitely work with her again.
Description of Work: Financing of first home mortgage in 2008, and assisted with refinancing.
