Great! The job was done in about an hour and the charge was reasonable. I was quoted by "On Point Contractors" at $200 an hour with an "estimate" of "don't know how many hours will be needed, could be 2, 4, or even 6 hours" after they looked at the broken pipe. McGraw's Irrigation came in and did it at $129 an hour and it was done within an hour. Not only that he was perfectly competent, he also came on time, was courteous, kind and patient. AAA+ for McGraw's Irrigation!

Did not go well. Failed to fix drippers in decorative urn so plants were not getting sufficient water. We had already paid for their service. When we called to see when they could come back to address the issue, they never returned our call. Called a second time a week later and again failed to receive a return call. Needed to contract another company to fix their work incurring additional costs. Second contractor found additional problems McGraw did not fix in their original service. Would not recommend.

Failed to fix agreed-upon repairs during initial AND follow-up service calls. Does not return phone calls nor reply to emails despite numerous attempts: mediocre craftsmanship and atrocious customer service.

Andrew McGraw repaired water leak, fixed loose wiring for zone that didn't work and replaced some bad sprinkler heads. Showed up on time and we were very pleased with job and will use again.

Andrew and his team have been great to work with. 2 years ago I had a significant drainage issue requiring a heavy duty drain running the length of my property out to the street. Every time it rains now I think how happy I am with his team's service, knowing my yard will not flood. I've also had him add several additional sprinkler heads and service our system for spring maintenance. Andrew is always friendly, punctual, and professional.

I have been using Angie's List for over 15 years. I take the time to review comments before I hire anyone to come to my home. I liked the reviews from McGraw's and had them come out to service my system. I also needed a new rain sensor and had a leak in the backyard. Although I have a new home, the sprinkler system that was put in was a lower grade. Their sensor was cheap and never worked. This is the best $125.00 you will ever spend so that your system can be left on when it rains or drops below 32 degrees, it will shut the system off. They replaced 23 heads, 1 sensor and the leak. It's not cheap to replace sprinkler heads so that is what pushes up the price. However, it was all worth it so I can get the house ready to be placed on the market. A great team that had it done in a few hours. Thank you.

Very old sprinkler system. Contacted two companies before finding Andrew. Both said system was too old and they were not able to diagnose problem. Scheduled apt with MCGRAW'S he came date and time scheduled, diagnosed the problem, replaced 8 valves, system working and no leaks, fixed the problem the same day. This is the best experience with any company I have dealt with ever.

The work went well. They moved the drip system and a head in the yard so that it did not sprinkle the drive way. They tried to save as much grass as possible. It took about 2 hours.

He scheduled a time we me, he made it on time, He spoke English. He was able to find the valve and replace it for a very reasonable cost. I like when I pay for someone to do work for me to know what they are doing.. He did.
