Maui Pools

They were recommended by my pool builder, Claffey Pools, but no idea why. The first time Bryce added chemicals to my pool....three days later my pool water was EXTREMELY murky and gross. I had to call Claffey to come out and it took 2 days to correct whatever Bryce did. Also learned that they did not put any chlorine in my pool the last time they were here. It was noted on the report, but zero chlorine tablets were in the chlorinator afterwards. Then, the next time they were supposed to come out, I got an email saying they had to change the day they were coming out because someone got sick. So they were supposed to come the next day. It's 4:00 on Friday afternoon and notice that no one has come by. I email three times, and never hear back. I finally receive a text message from Bryce saying he got backed up and he won't be coming out today. Gee, considering it's 4:30, kinda figured that by now. He says he will come by tomorrow. I had already emailed saying I needed someone to come by Friday because I was having people over on Saturday. Saturday morning rolls around and I wait and wait and wait for someone to come by. No one comes by to service my pool. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt. Company is not well run. Sent many emails and rarely got responses back. For example, they send a report and ask several questions about the pool. I reply to email with answers and ask more questions about the report and pool. Crickets. Til this day, they have yet to answer my questions about the pool from the first report. Would not recommend them whatsoever. They were the only Company that Claffey Pools recommended, but found another company to Service my pool because this place is a huge cluster
