I went to their store and bought it. They were the closest. It was fine. They were very helpful and they gave me exactly what I needed. Their price was fine as it was average.

They are always friendly. Each time they do a complete pool water evaluation. They give printed reports and let me know how to resolve any imbalances. Great place. They actually knew about our chemical system "Nature2 Fusion", which allows us to maintain a .5 to 1.0 ppm chlorine level instead of the normal 3.0 to 4.0 ppm. Our pool builder who installed it did not know how to operate it.

Ken the manager was great and patient. I am a first time pool owner and needed a new pool cleaner. He recommended the correct type and listened to my needs. He as great because I had several questions about how to operate it, what it was supposed to do and how it worked. I went home and tried to install it myself which I couldnt figure out. Ken took time to come to my house in the early morning before work and attempted to install it as well. Come to find out my pool equipment was broken (no he didnt do it). I had to take the cleaner back and it was accepted and I received a refund without any problem. I am waiting to get my pool repaired, and when I do, I will be a life long customer of this store.
