Henry and his crew were fantastic. Punctual, knowledgeable, tidy, patient, professional and friendly. They installed a new frame-less shower, new shower floor tile and wall tile. They did such a fantastic job they are now working on replacing my kitchen and hall bath counters with granite. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

We have had Henry and his team paint interior rooms, paint and repair exterior of house, replace metal awnings, change kitchen light fixtures to LED, replace bathroom faucets and toilets, put in drip sprinkler in a flower bed, and many handyman types of jobs around the house over the past year. He is our go-to guy! He is polite, friendly, professional, reasonably priced and very conscientious in his team's work. He will do whatever it takes to complete the task to our satisfaction.

Henry provide a quote under what I expected. He was able to schedule the job over the weekend. His crew arrive on time on Sunday morning and performed all necessary prep and painting on Sunday.

Great experience overall. Henry was always prompt & responsive despite being incredibly busy. Reasonable price & great workmanship. I only had two concerns throughout the process. The first is that the team arrived with the exact amount of materials to complete the job based on their understanding of the project. Fortunately we were able to make it work even though a few changes had to be made during the project. The second concern was that the team did not account for a slight drop in the area where the fence was to be installed until half of the fence was installed. The choices at this point were to either continue the fence straight or drop the next section of fence down slightly to compensate. The first option would have resulted in a larger gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground and the second option would have resulted in a fence that looked uneven but would not have the larger gap at the bottom. The purpose of the fence is to keep the kids out of the pool area and I was forced to choose between safety and aesthetics. We decided to deal with the larger gap at the bottom but will now need to install some decorative bricks or something to ensure no sneaky kids crawl underneath. Those things aside, the team was great and asked for clarification and input to ensure the fence met our needs. The quality of their work was top notch and they even cleaned up before leaving. Too many crews leave a mess behind so this was refreshing. Henry followed up after the project was completed to answer questions and make sure we were satisfied. He also stopped by for a little QC of the work to make sure it was done well. All in all, very pleased with Henry and the team at L&A Construction...would definitely recommend.

Juan and his company workers are awesome, hard working people. Juan is VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, GREAT ADVISOR and ALWAYS available to answer questions. They started a job during Memorial Day and finished on time, as they promised. I have been VERY SATISFIED with the job they did and excellent service. I would recommend this company to everyone, who wants the best repair and service on their pool

Oh my goodness!!! I cannot say enough positive. I have never used anything through HomeAdvisors....but I thought I would give it a shot. I was connected with Henry. I emailed him a picture of my project on a Saturday...and he called me within a few hours with a price.. He came out that following Monday!!! He called to let me know he was running behind, then texted me when he was on his way. I appreciate that so much!!! The work was perfect, professional, clean. I'm a picky customer when it comes to work done in my home...but I will be calling Henry again!! You won't be disappointed!! Great job

We hired Henry to paint cabinets that were stained. His crew did a great job on painting inside and out of the cabinets. Prep and cleanup was thorough. He also built a new cabinet for above the refrigerator. The cabinet looks great and blends in with the other cabinets perfectly.

I was happy with the work of Henry and his team at L&A Construction. Henry was always accessible, polite, and very good with his communication throughout the project. About our project (multiple items): Reframe and replace a door. Replace a storm door. Repair, weather proof, seal, and paint antique balcony doors. Create and install custom screens for windows. Paint a room. Replace a light fixture. I would recommend L&A construction.
