+ -1 moreTerry Penn is the owner of this company. He is great to deal with. Besides a few bumps along the way, everything went fine. Which is surprising for this type of project. There were a couple things that they had to fix on the home after it was done, but they did so quickly. They did go over on the budget, but we made some changes along the way, too.
Description of Work: I had them build my home for me. They built a 2600 square foot home. It has 3 bedrooms, a bonus room, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, a 3 car garage, and a den area. The outside is made out of stucco and river rock. There is a front porch and a back porch attached to the house as well.
