Jerrell's Plumbing Service Inc

They installed a new water heater at my eldery mother's house 5 months ago. Naturally, when it started leaking, I called them to come out and fix it for her. Confirmed an appointment and they completely ghosted us. We have both left several messages asking for an update with no response. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Good friend of mine said he trusts Daniel (the owner/master plumber) and would not mind leaving the house while Daniel is working on his plumbing. I believe my friend is right. Daniel was ontime and ready for the work. He discarded some of my supplies to replace them with better quality once as he knew they will last longer. He completed the work without any delays and answered my questions about the installation and few other plumbing-related once. Daniel is very polite, intelligent and pleasant to work with. And did I say Reasonable?! If you hire Daniel to do your plumbing projects, I guarantee: you will not regret and will have a greatest experience.

They are prompt and dependable. The are as reasonable as any other plumber. I"m very satisfied with their work. Excellent.

When I realized that my current water heater was 15 yrs old (!), I called Jerrell's about a pre-emptive replacement. Mr. Jerrell agreed that it was time to replace the tank, recommended a good brand, and showed up punctually to make the replacement. I have used Jerrell's several times in the past, and Daniel is always pleasant, courteous, and professional.

EXCELLENT, came at exactly when promised, fixed problem which was slightly complicated for several reasons, spent 1-1/2 hours working on problem. Super polite, clean, and a great company.
