The workers were here for 2 hours and billed me for 3. Their explanation was I had to pay for drive time from their shop to by building. (This was not told to me during my phone conversation with the owner)
The workers asked me if I wanted the filters changed, I asked them how much they cost, they told me $15. The DID NOT tell me each unit has 8 filters! (cost $240)
This company withholds information then surprises you with a huge bill. DO NOT use this company!
"I know this reply is late in coming, but I couldn't believe this ex-customer said the things he did, especially the way he acted towards our technician and this customer has our rates wrong-way too high! On both our labor rates and filter rates. He wanted everything for free. He also wanted us to steal an expensive board off another unit on the roof and put it on his unit and let that tenant have to pay for a new board so he wouldn't have to! He got mad at our technician because he wouldn't do it. We never did receive full payment for the work we did for him. We even knocked some time off the invoice and he still wasn't satisfied. We tried to please him, but he was not going to be pleased, no matter what we did. It's a shame that people act this way. I'm sure he doesn't give away free memberships to everyone that walks in the door, If he's still in business, that is."
