The flowers began to wilt immediately. When you compare the arrangement that is shown on-line to what was delivered, you can tell the difference in quality. I am surprised that any service would provide such an inferior product - especially on a holiday where you would derive so much business exposure. My wife added water to the vase when they arrived because some of the flowers were not even touching what water was in the vase on arrival. It did not appear that the flowers were cut and arranged; rather, they were just stuck in the vase. When my son called 1-800 Flowers, they said the florist would re-deliver an arrangement. It is Saturday evening before Mother's Day and the arrangement has not arrived. My son is very upset that this was done so poorly. None of us will ever use or recommend this florist, or 1-800 Flowers for that matter.
