The granite cost $25 per square foot and was a discount price on stock they were trying to move out of inventory. The kitchen counter granite was damaged. Maria, with whom I worked in their facility, told me after the fact that the granite came to them with polished surfaces and they only did the edges. Maria refused to address the defects, would not have the owner contact me per my multiple requests, stopped answering when I called on my phone number and stopped returning my voice mail messages. Interestingly, they answered the phone reliably when I called on phone numbers from which I had not previously called. When I looked at the granite at their facility, Maria told me they would 'put a polish' on the granite before it was installed while I was looking at the damaged areas of the granite. I took her statement to mean that they would polish out the scratches and the surfaces would have the normal high-gloss shine; and when I asked her about that statement after the damaged granite was installed (late, after their office was closed) she said she meant a sealer (which they did not do, either). There are multiple places where the stone is not polished (dull) and where cracked pieces were glued together and perhaps cleaned with something that removed the shine. They arrived at least 3 hours late. The bathroom sink holes they cut were not the proper location as the sink stoppers are very difficult to use and the faucets are right up against the sink and thus impossible to clean and seal. The installers left a huge mess of granite dust everywhere without any attempt to clean it up -- after I refused to let them cut the sink holes inside my home. Oh, yeah, I had to pay the total amount before they would do the work -- not a surprise after they delivered/installed scratched granite. I vehemently do not recommend this vendor, will never use them again, and tell all my friends and neighbors about their poor quality, service, and professionalism at every opportunity.

Ibanez AGM Countertops, also known as Ibanez and quot;Affordible Granite and Marbleand quot; is a very good company. I have had them install granite in two houses -- two kitchens, and three bathrooms. They offer the best granites (no experience with marble) and have customers pick the slabs you want from the major Dallas granite houses, but they are considerably less expensive then any other company I have gotten quotes on. I have also had friends use them. Their installation is flawless, their turn around time is usually 5-7 days from the time you place order until they have the granite measured, cut and installed. Unlike most other companies they charge very little or nothing extra for the couter top edges - I have saved a small fortune on the projects they have done by not paying an extra linnear foot fee for edging.
Also, if you have a small project, check with them to see if they have any left over remants or slabs. I got some very very high end granite for one bathroom and paid very little for it since it was a left over. So checking if they have a nice remnant is a very easy way to save a ton.
They do NOT have a fancy showroom, so go elsewhere to look at your granite options (they can recommend the graite houses to go to for best price, but they can buy from any of the wholesale granite dealers). I highly recommend them.,

There was a little confusion with the original order process but they made it good. They were great, they showed up early and stayed with it till they got it all done. Their quoted price was very good. Their people were good, I got to go to their workyard and see some of the granite. They were very responsive. I've got some other jobs and I would definitely go back to them.

He was very good at coming over, giving quotes and had his crew come in to do the work. Everything I asked him to do; he said he could do. However, they had no idea on how to install the shower pan; in 8 months I had to spend $2,000 to have it redone by another company. He only gives a 6 month guaranty on his work.
I had him come back to make repairs on the granite. A corner in the kitchen had a nice size chunk missing, there were rough spots. Several spots in the bathrooms had to be patched. Once the job got started, Ted never came around. He did not come to do a final inspection.
Once the job was done, he was nowhere to be found. Not returning phone calls. His excuse is that he was out of town...so apparently his phone doesn't work when he's away from Dallas....which he was frequently. We asked for spare tiles; it took a month with lots of phone calls to get those. His men used some of my tools, got grout on my step ladder. I was very happy to say good by to them. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Their name says their value proposition, but they do good work, put out a good product and are responsive. I will definitely use them again. Happy to find them still in business.

It was very difficult to contact the owner. That was one of our main problems. They did a good job and the granite was nice, but we needed to talk to the owner and had difficulties.

I felt comfortable with Ted Inanez right away. He was very honest and answered all of my questions. The job was done without disturbing my existing back splash and with excellent clean up. This work included an ogee edge upgrade. The work is beautiful.

Called and set appointment and they missed first one and missed second one when I rescheduled. However, they were very fast to come out when I told them last chance or I am going somewhere else. Could be just bad internal communication. The work was well done though and reasonable.

Price was just phenomenal for what they did compared to the other quotes I got. Quality of work was excellent. Granite on the island was a little bit off from the other granite. They noticed the problem, notified me of the difference, I requested to have it changed and the did it at no additional cost. I couldn't ask for a better deal. The price came out to be about $36 a square foot while other companies were quoting me for the same job around $11,000. I would definetly recommend them and hope to never need them again!
