 + -1 moreIt's been a horrible experience with them. I wish there was a grade lower than F that I could give them. I send them extra payments to try to pay the house off early and they always put it in the wrong category. I almost believe they do it on purpose so they can charge me extra interest. I cannot wait to get them out of my life.
