BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!This Company has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES. I/We were LITERALLY BEGGING (for days and weeks) David O Owuori and Chris to come back and fixes the Christmas Lights they put up that was falling down or they failed to ground stake the lights the first time. They would say they would come on a specific day and not show up. I would have to call and ask when they would give another date and still not show (this went on throughout the holiday season). When they would eventually get to us it was ALMOST always at night. We would have to call them again because the same lights fell again. I would send pictures of the multiple issues. I would have to call them from different phone numbers because they would stop answering our calls from our cell phones (played that game many times). Our neighbor came by to see if we had their different phone number for David O Owuori because Holiday Lights Installers installed their lights too and had stopped answering their calls as well. I selected Holiday Lights Installers because of their Statement of 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and David said he was a Veteran. WELL DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have every text messages and picture I sent David Owuori and Chris in regards to my Christmas Lights Issues!!!
