The price of the materials was reasonable; however, the service was significantly below average. Communications with Cristina was very poor. Requests for information required at least three (3) follow-up emails to get a response. Follow-up by Cristina was terrible and the agreed upon times were never honored, resulting in Cristina writing out her entire day's schedule telling me she was busy that day. I can sympathize and we are all busy but a simple follow-up/update phone call would've made a world of difference, but that never happened. As we are preparing to put our house up for sale, we also had our spa/bath tub painted a few weeks ago; however, during installation of a shelf next to the spa, there were three (3) areas where the paint was gouged leaving holes in the new paint job. Moreover, there were several spots where Cristina's crew had left drops of adhesive onto our newly polished flooring that were not cleaned when they left; while the smaller spots could be removed after much scrubbing, the larger spots had to be removed by her crew using solvent. If you are looking for a good deal on materials but DON'T require close communications related to delivery and/or clear instructions, confirmations, and overall satisfaction, HMC Smart Countertops might be a decent choice. However, there are many countertop companies in the DFW area that may charge a little more for materials, but I'm certain their communications, follow-up, promptness, and service are much more desirable.

We had an excellent experience with this company. From the time we got our estimate to the point of installation, Cristina Marchuk was extremely helpful and provided unyielding support. The installers arrived on time and completed the entire installation within 2.5 hours. They took great care in the details of the installation. At the end, they had me inspect their work to see if it met my expectations. They were also very careful to put everything back in it's place. This company exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.
