plumbing, drain cleaning
 + 0 moreOct 22, 2011 Hill Family Plumbing plumber refused to use the main line cleanout to clear sewage stoppage. He went through roof vents and it was not needed. Because, after he could not unclogg through roof he went through main line cleanout and within 3 minutes the clogg was unclogged. Now one of the sinks in the master bathrrom does not drain correctly. But all drains worked perfectly till he went on roof. I was charged $225.00 for a service that did not work......when all he had to do use the main line cleanout that is purposley designed and installed to unclogg stoppage.
Description of Work: Refused to use mainline cleanout to upstop stoppage. Went on roof to use roof vents.
