Gulf Coast Windows

After paying a deposit and being told it would take 8 weeks for our windows to come in, we sat and waited for word. This was back in April. When I called on the last week of September for a refund on our deposit because 5 months had already passed, I was told someone would be in touch with me. The very next day, I got a call that our windows had just come in. How convenient. When I refused to have them installed because I no longer trusted the company, I was told that there had never been an 8 week guarantee, and that the wait was 90 days. When I pointed out that their math was still off the mark and it had been so much longer than 90 days, the man very rudely informed me that "delays happen, and you won't be getting a refund. You can cancel the install, but you aren't getting your deposit back." I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. The customer service was abysmal and their work ethic is severely lacking.

Wow. This was quite the experience. The estimator was nice and personable, but he tried to pressure me into a sale. He also told me one thing and then contradicted himself a few mins. later. When I said I wanted an estimate and would get back to him in a few days, he began to hard sell me and wouldn't give me an estimate that would hold for a few days. AND their prices were very expensive. \ It was a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

They didn't seal the windows right in the front living room, where my A/C window unit sits, so during the winter I had to put a blanket up to keep the wind from coming through. I've tried to call several times to have the window sealed correctly for both winter and summer. He promised to send someone out here. It's been over 5 months and I just saw someone two weeks ago. Brandon said that he sent someone to get measurements when they already have the measurements of my windows, so they didn't do anything when they were here. It feels like he's avoiding me, he doesn't even answer my phone calls anymore. Sometimes he responds when I text him, but not always. All I want is for him to fix what I paid for. They also only gave me one screen for my window, when I need two. Carlos said that they had to order a new one and I haven't gotten it. It's letting bugs into my house if I open my window.
