HE IS ONE IN A MILLION!!! I have been in and around the building business my whole life--15 years in all aspects of mortgage lending and construction. I can not tell you what the difference is---Gerardo works for you!! He is very well educated with a Master in Architecture along with a building background of commercial and residential developments of over 20+ years!! If you want to build a ''true custom home'' then Caliza Homes and Gerardo are the best!! He works well with your budget-showing ways to maximize the things you want along with building a structural sound home that withstand anything--I mean anything! Foundation and structure of your home are very foremost in Gerardo's mind along with energy efficiency!! I can truly say he is truly a professional in industry.
Description of Work: Gerardo do the following: 1. Designing and Drafting Plans 2. Structural Engineering the plans to the property 3. Grading, Survey, and Tree Survey 4. Pricing of Materials, Building etc.
