Very poorly and its still not finished over 2 months later. The unresponsiveness of the company has wasted my families time in addition to the frustration in their poor work, so far. We hold out hope that they will solve this, but they have not listened when we have given them dates, well in advance, to schedule the repair work, to minimize the further impact on our family. They did the work the first time and did not want to pay attention to the rain clouds or forecast, or our warnings of the coming rain. The end result had blotches, and when they came back to fix it, there was not agreement between the company and their subcontractors, and the results were terrible. Now, we are struggling to get a committed date from them to completely redo the job, which they have agreed to do. The intentions are good, but the execution, communication and delivery are not, yet. UPDATE - they came back and fixed the issue.

The quote stated pressure washing, re coating and repairing epoxy aggregate. The area was not pressure washed and every area that was refinished is separating from the existing finish. This was reported to the company's job coordinator, Lanny, several times. Every call ended with the work being scheduled within the next few days. After weeks of calling, my wife called for me. Lanny advised her that he had told me that the work could not be done under warranty as the damage was caused by ground movement. This did not occur as Lanny never told me that it was not covered.
