 + -1 moreIt went very well. My ring was ready within 2 working days and it looked fabulous. (They fixed the prong as well as the round.) They were extremely nice on both visits and I will definitely be using them for repair and plan to go back to look at what they have the next time I'm in the market for a piece of jewelry.
Description of Work: I took my engagement ring in to be reshaped as I had caught it on something and the round was bent and I also had them check the prongs around the diamond as one looked to be broken.
